Plaque Covered Teeth

Plaque is a sticky film that builds up on your teeth. This film contains bacteria that can cause tooth decay and gum disease. Plaque sticks to teeth with an ionic bond that can't be brushed away no matter how hard you try.

HyGenius Ionic Cleaning Action.

HyGenius releases that bond the instant it touches your teeth with powerful ionic cleaning technology. Over the course of two minutes (the recommended brushing time by the American Dental Association) scientists measured that HyGenius generates over 840 trillion ions. Plaque doesn't stand a chance!

HyGenius Plaque Removal

The plaque is then loosened and easily removed by simple gentle brushing and rinsing. It's Genius!

Your HyGenius toothbrush utilizes ionic science and the power of negative ions to take on plaque and clean the teeth and gums. Plaque (a bacterial biofilm) can be removed by the direct force method of the rigorous brushing or use of a mechanized toothbrush. However, these approaches have the ability to cause damage to the enamel of the teeth as a result of the frictional forces present on the teeth from the toothbrush bristles. The HyGenius ionic toothbrush uses ions to electrostatically release the plaque and does not require rigorous brushing, and therefore requires the use of soft bristles with gentle brushing to remove the plaque. The HyGenius toothbrush generates trillions of negative ions into the mixture of the plaque, saliva, and toothpaste, polarizing the fluid, and freeing the plaque from the teeth.

How to Use HyGenius

Here's what you do. Touch your finger or palm on the silver anti-strip on the handle. Use your favorite toothpaste and brush as you normally would. "Gentler" brushing os better for preservation of enamel and causes less gingival recession.

When you see the Blue Light glowing, the ions are flowing. When finished, rinse your brush and store in a dry place. Dentists recommend replacing your HyGenius every three months.
